Recommended Reading - What Hurd Did to Make HP So Profitable
Connie Guglielmo wrote an insightful piece for Bloomberg, entitled, Hurd Rebuilds Hewlett-Packard by Debating Every Dime. Liberum Research has always used Hurd's appointment to lead HP, after Carly Fiorina was forced to resign, as an example of management change that made a difference.
